Hair by Ono Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

As an independent stylist, I earn my income through commission, not a salary or hourly wage. I make my living by taking care of the guests in my chair. When someone doesn't show up or cancels with little notice, I lose the opportunity to book another appointment and serve another client.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time slot, and clients on my waiting list miss their chance to receive services. Since your appointment is reserved personally for you, a cancellation fee will apply.

Any appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are subject to a $30 fee.

As a courtesy, I will email you to confirm your appointment prior to your scheduled date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

This cancellation policy allows me time to inform standby clients of any availability and keeps my schedule filled, which helps me serve everyone better. My policies are designed to provide the best quality service and experience for all my established and future clients.

Grace & Exceptions

I understand that accidents happen, people get sick, and emergencies occur. I will do my best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. I do record these occurrences to prevent abuse of the policy. I know this may seem strict, but my goal is to protect my business while being fair and accommodating to all my clients.
